Assistance needed with eMarine control panel?

I have an Air Breeze wind generator connected to an eMarine control panel. After a storm the panel blew a fuse. The meter is ok but the diode on the attached circuit board is toast.

Does anyone know what circuit board does and whether I can just by pass it?

Alternatively has anyone ever replaced the diode or repaired the board?

I am not getting a lot of TA out of eMarine.

I ended up replacing the transistor with 30 amp rectifier diode and the panel is functioning again. Now I need to figure out what's causing the wind generator to put out amps but at least this is a step in the right direction.
