We have an arrival alarm that will not stop alarming on our St 60 graphic display- it is driving us crazy!!!. We are in Warderick Wells in the Exumas and it has alarmed for three days - we have read the handbook and "reset" etc etc but nothing works

Ray Marine not responding to tech emails. - anyone have any suggestions? don't want to shoot a hole in the boat...

Re: Arrival alarm

I don't know what a ST60 grap-hic display would be? Mine system all feeds into the Seatalk and into the chartplotter that you use the arrival alarm on (but none of the ST60 stuff have anything to do with the arrival alarm as that is all about the chartplotter).

On mine there are a coiple of ways to turn it off, 1 - not have a waypoint set, 2 -arrive and acknowledged, 3 - turn off the function in the chartplotter menu.

But have you tried just turning off the power to the system?
stop blowing smoke up my rear, blow it at the sails instead
