You question is a bit confusing to me. But 30 amp, 50 amp 125, and 50 amp 250 pigtails all have different pin configurations.

Re: 50amp 125-250 Volt Pigtail

You either have a (30amp 125VAC) or a (50amp 125VAC) or a (50amp 125/250VAC). These are the three "standard" marine shore power configurations. You also may have more than one connection, usually (2x 30amp 125VAC).

None of which can be plugged into the other without use of some type of adapter often referred to as a "pig tail".

We need to know "exactly" what you have and "exactly" what you want to plug in to before we can answer properly.

I think I get what you are saying/asking. You have a 30A 120V to 50A 120/240V adapter, and are wondering if the 50A end can be plugged into a 50A 120V outlet. If that's the question, then the answer is No. It's a different pin arrangement. You can, however, get a 30A 120V to 50A 120V adapter.

Gord, Thanks for the link. I'm a Marinco distributor and I hadn't seen that. It's going to be very useful.
