General Info: Wanted Lagoon price list 2011

Hello everyone, would anyone have a original price list for what Lagoons built in 2009 to 2012. Looking at original costs for 420. 421 and 440.

Base price for a L440 in2009 $575,570 USD in Aug 2009
Lagoon 440
Back then AUD = .83 = $693,457 AUD + Taxes

As a comparative a 4 cabin charter ready Orana 44 was $780,000 delivered to Australia + GST.

I think they will continue to retain good prices as some supply has been soaked up by hurricane impacts, US economy slowing improving post GFC increasing money supply for "luxury items", swing in demand from mono to cat etc etc.
