I am trying to lead some wires from where the refrig is to the DC fuse block. Got them around the table, but making it across the steps is difficult. I decided that taking off the steps would be a simpler method. Took out the screws, but as I lifted them off, there is a 'knee' piece of
wood under the
salon floor and screwed into the top of the stairs that prevents the steps from rotating out. This piece of
wood is a support under the floor and seemed to be stuck. I asked my dealer about it, and he asked
Lagoon, and they said it is 'glued to the bottom of the floor'!
What?
So
1. Has anyone encountered this, and what have they done
2. Probably more importantly, if anyone has taken the port side stairs off, can I get the wire easily, or is this not going to help anyway?
Thanks
