After a few experiments and some timely advice from Tuskie " add a touch of brown" (thanks Tuskie), I have found that to basic white, add a little Almond Ivory plus a touch of Dark Brown. I have achieved reasonable results - that is boss is happy. Note existing gel coat colour changes slightly throughout boat, depending on how much sun exposure each surface has had.
I purchased my supplies from http://fiberglass-sales.com.au
who have four locations in Sydney
I had a reasonable amount of non slip surface to repair and rather than producing my own mold
, this company now produces male & female molds for Lagoon 400
- good quality product - just use a little PVA release agent! As always, postage was the killer!
PS I don't have any association with either of these companies.
