Jib dimensions Lagoon 440

I want to source a jib for a Lagoon 440.... We're about to cross the Pacific a(Panama to Australia) and want a back up for the genoa. Also it could work as a storm jib.
Can anyone advise of approximate sail dimensions for this type of sail???. Perhaps you have one to sell??

Re: Jib dimensions Lagoon 440

Genoa
I = 17.23m
J = 4.25
LP= 5.17
42sqm

If you are planning for a storm jib, you need to consider where and how you will secure the temporary stay as there is no suitable fitting as standard between the tramps. One could be added easily topside but the key will be in in the support below perhaps diagonally to each of the hulls like for the bowsprit. You will also need to specifically discuss the sheeting angles with the sail maker as the Genoa cars may not be adequately positioned for the smaller storm jib geometry (ideal might be forward and inboard of the existing)..

I'm interested in your outcome here, as I've given thought to this myself but have not proceeded as I' not planning on crossing oceans for a few years yet and coastal sailing remains more weather predictable permitting a "get by" with furlled Genoa if the need arises.

Good luck.
