L400, sixth year of sailing. Port saloon window. Front edge of window separated from frame and some water came in. Now entire (enormous size) window was taken out and re-installed (in Yachtmarine, Marmaris, Turkey).
As to Lagoon - our agent, when told of the issue, mentioned option of warranty repair but then reflected that it is too late.

Lagoon may not care or even care negatively. In my experience the most important factor is the agent. Good agent, if he sells enough vessels to gain weight with the company can move Lagoon to not only honour warranty but even to make ex gracia efforts. It is identical to agents role vs. your insurance company. If the agent is small fish or doesn't care, you have no hope...

Re: Hull Windows

Mike sorry for late response but have been off the grid for a while. My windows have just started doing the same as yours but not as far advanced so haven't contacted the agent regarding them. I did have a problem with the forward saloon hatches and lagoon provided a new roll of sealant tape for them.

Re: Hull Windows

How easy is it to remove this white pattern on the hull windows? It is almost impossible to see through. Do they make any sense?
