380: Feedback wanted on New Lagoon Pickup Vendee France

Hello Sailors - we're retired Kiwis, new to this forum - Thank you Nigel for the Welcome. We're experienced ex-monohull cruisers and were keen to see what people's experiences have been making a Lagoon pick-up in Les Sables d'Orllons in Vendee, France - as it's been difficult to find 'testimonials' per se.

Were your expectations met?
Was the boat, the additional packages signed up for as described?
Were their people flexible, helpful, knowledgeable - did you feel they gave you fair time?
