Caulking Lagoon 450

Hello Lagoon Owners,
I am needing to re-caulk some areas on a 450. Looking for some advice on how to remover old caulk, prep and applying techniques for the new caulk. The areas I am concerned with are under the windows in front of the salon and in the cockpit area. Also a recommendation for brand and type of caulk. Thanks.
