General Info: 2004 410 S2 toe rail

Greetings, haven’t been on the site in a long while but I was hoping I could get some assistance. Could someone run me through the process of removing my toe rails so I can reseal that seam, I’m getting pretty extensive water in my bilge and engine compartment when it rains.

And before the forum Jedi’s descend and flay me open:

Yes, I’m sure its been discussed in here a million times, yes I tried searching, No I didn’t find anything. Yes, I’m sure there is an advance search that I’m probably not using correctly.

Yes I tried searching the internet and YouTube with no luck. Though I did find plenty of articles talking about removing them from other boats..

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated or if someone could point me in another area to search, I would appreciate that also.
