Crew Wanted: winter escape .

Hey there! We are 4 people in a crew on a QT sport yacht in St.Petersburg, Russia. The season is over in our city, so we want to have more sea-practise in March-Febraury somewhere on the South. We want to know about the cheapest charters and marines, the most exciting routes and the best climat conditions on Mar-Feb on Canaries, Mallorca, Chroatia, Greece, Malta, Thai, etc (i'm looking for a cheap flights as well, so i hesitate between these coutries). Any advice?
It's my first time sailing abroad and I don't want to ask travel agencies.
PS: we are looking for 2-3 ppl for a crew. The total price is app. 900 EU for 10 days, but maybe less, I didn't count.
