Crew Available: Wanting to learn to sail

Hello . I am wanting to learn to sail this winter . I considered going to a sailing school but they seam expensive and short in time for the cost to me . I am looking for someone in the Caribbean that can teach me sailing skills . I would like to buy my own boat next year . Of course I am willing to pay for this . Can anyone out there help me with my goal . Thanks
