Crew Available: Volunteer to work on boats (Europe)

I volunteer to work on a sailing boat if in exchange I get to sail the same amount of time that i invest working, plus food&bunk.
I would like to help on boats that need repairs/restoration on hard or on water or with boat building. Unfortunately, I don't have any technical skills that i can offer, exept a pair of arms and a heartful of determination to work and learn, but if you can use these then please contact me.
Additionally, I may offer for doing night wathches, helming, cleaning, baby sitting, or anything like that. I'm a mediocre cook, plus vegetarian.
I spent about 2 months at sea, and about 3-4000 nm which accounts for a minimum knowledge about boats and sailing, but I'm still a newbie and I'd like a chance to learn and experience more.
