Vetting Professional and Volunteer Crew in the PNW

From time to time I need professional or highly experienced crew to transport my Valiant. I am finding that Craigslist, word of mouth and even a add in CF is not enough. I want to start a thread of recommended sailors and honest reviews.
Now I am not suggesting that we trash anyone's rep. If a sailors is bad you can just say that you have worked with them and please email you for the details. But I do want to know the good ones that you have personally sailed with.
I am really not interested in self promotion. I am looking for reviews of sailors by other sailors and boat owners here in Washington, Oregon and British Columbia.

I would never hire you to sail a boat that was over insured and that i could not sell. Too much chance that it would get to its destination, dam you

Hi Mark, Hope your delivery went well and that you are on the mend!

I would think the best references are from actual Clients of Captains, no??

I trust anyone you are vetting, surely has a long list of references from actual deliveries aboard their respective vessels? What more can you ask for?

Well, that's my dos centavos.. and YES, I am very familiar with the PNW and consider myself a heavy weather specialist. I love coastal work in either direction.
Self promotion indeed!
Cheer, Jeffry
