IAM LOOKING TO BUY A SAILBOAT,35-45 FEET AND SAIL IT TO CROATIA,IAM NOT AN EXPERIENCED SAILOR,LOOKING FOR SOMEBODY WITH EXPERIENCE WITH SUCH CROSSINGS.

If you do not already have a boat, then why not start in the Med. I have 2 boats in Greece beside the one in which I will join the ARC later this year.
Both in very good shape, Jeanneau 40 and 45.2, you can either rent or buy at good price without vat. 85000 and 105000 Eur from 2002. (I have not put them up for sale yet).
Then you can sail the boat back to the US. These boats are really very easy and reliable to sail, And I easily find you crew here until you are fully comfortable with the boat.
