Crew Wanted: Tortola, BVI, USVI, SVI, Puerto Rico

I could use one more crew member starting March 1 or 2 in Tortola and ending in Puerto Rico March 15. I have myself and one crew already but would be nice to have one more. 3 cabin 3 head 2011 44 ft boat. Would like someone with at least some experience. Minimal is OK, more would be the tie breaker. You pay all travel cost, any immigration fee's, and on shore expenses. Also any alcohol or special food needs. I cover all provisions on board, mooring fee's, fuel, and any other boat costs.
