Tampa to NJ Or Part Way

Looking to take my Sabre 34 from Tampa to New Jersey leaving August 3rd or so. Diesel engine, epirb, VHF, Good sails and ground tackle. Would like to make Fl to Cape Hatteras direct then inside to Norfolk, all depending on weather.

I have a business commitment in NJ Aug 25th so I may end up leaving the boat in a marina if time becomes an issue. I will not risk my crew or boat to keep a schedule. I have 40 yrs of sailing experience and need someone who can stand a watch and steer a course. NO DRUGS! Moderate alcohol when in port. I will feed you on the boat, meals ashore are at your own expense. I will consider assisting with return ground travel for a good crewmate.

Please provide a brief description of your experience and limitations.

Paul

Which apparently did not go through. Am trying again.

Edit: Success! The problem was including my email address, which the system treated as a link. Links are disallowed in PMs for folks with low post counts.

HI! I am fairly new to sailing but just completed ASA 101/103 in Traverse City MI. I am looking for more hours on the water, & am available.. Would you be open to novice sailors? Hard working & fast learner. Mid 30s female, no children. I love yoga, hiking biking, kayaking & wilderness travel.

Unfortunately, I have to postpone the trip up north. Thanks VM to those that were interested. I'll keep you in mind for the future.
