Re: St Maartin to Panama Canal

Hey I'm in St Maarten, working as a dive master. I'm Canadian and have lots of cruising experience, I'm looking to increase my logged seatime to finish my 500 ton license. We could meet up for a drink somewhere if you like.

Hi Dragon Lady,

Keep me in mind for Pacific crossing, I now own a Lavezzi , but have cruised extensively for the past 12 years on my Beneteau Oceanis 440. Retired , I am available at short notice .

Cheers

Re: St Maartin to Panama Canal

Thanks everyone, it seems my original delivery skipper is defaulting on our agreement and I will have to get the professional crew to take the boat from St Marrtin.

Sorry if I messed any of you about.

titou I will be looking for crew again when the boat gets to Australia in July so maybe we can do something then.

Dragon.... being messed about goes with the territory...
delivery crews and skippers are used to it...
Just saying... I know we've no connection except on various threads...

Re: St Maartin to Panama Canal

Thanks boatman, I know all about being messed about after flying a guy from Aust to the Carribean only to be told after a week of sailing the boat around that it was all too hard.
Anyway the professional skipper arrives on Wed, so hopping for smooth sailing now.
