Spring Sailing from FL to NE

One or two people wanted to crew on a Pearson 323 sloop from Marathon, FL to upper New England coast. Will depart Marathon in May and work up the east coast. Some of the trip will involve the intracoastal but most of it will be coastal sailing.
I will provide all on-board expenses and pay one-hundred dollars per week for your own on shore expenses. Applicants must supply references and at least some sailing experience. Also, must have own weather gear">foul weather gear.

Crew may stay on if desired through out the summer and sail back down to Marathon in the fall.

I know this early to advertise for a crew but feel I am giving time to plan and get ready for the trip.

Re: Spring Sailing from FL to NE

I would be very interested in joining you for this trip. I am 51, semi -retireed, not a drinker other than a few beers once a month or so and in good health.

I am heading to the Bahamas on my own boat 33 Morgan OI in late Feb and plan on returning to Fl in late April or early May. I have my own foul weather gear, plus personal live vest with integrated harness for safty.

What type of references are you looking for? I have the sailing experience and live in Daytona. I could easily meet you in Marathon or anywhere along the east coast of Florida. It might even be possible to meet you when I return from the Bahamas with my own boat and leave it moored while we take yours north.

You may not yet have dates for when you are planning on moving your boat north, but if you can let me know a general time and if you are interested in my participation, it would help me plan my return to the states.

Please send me a private message if you are interested.

Pantherssa,

Please email me again. I don't know what happened but when I was replying my computer blinked and I lost your email.
