Singapore to Komodo Islands, Indonesia

Looking for crew to join me for a month or so, from Singapore to the Komodo Islands, probably via Bali, joining the boat early April. Longer possible if we get along.

The boat is a Spencer 35 - she is sound and well equipped. The skipper (me) and her have sailed over 70,000 miles together, so both are well seasoned.

Looking for a positive attitude and a sense of humour as much, or maybe more, than sailing skills. Male or female, any age, as long as you have had time to develop some patience. Hot shots and know-it-alls need not apply.

I am currently in Penang Malaysia 'til about the middle of March when I will leave for the sail down Malacca Strait.

PM me on this site and we can connect via email and find out more.

Jim

Re: Singapore to Komodo Islands, Indonesia

Hey there! I'm currently in Bali and looking to join a sailing crew. I have been motorcycling through Indonesia for the last two months from Sulawesi to Bali. From the US, was a teacher in NY for 1 year, now travelling the world as a photographer/adventuring. No sailing experience but I learn quickly. Studied engineering so can help with mechanical/engineering related things. Love to cook and generally up for whatever. Would you be able to pick up a crew in Bali? Or what time are you leaving Singapore?
