Belize boasts some of the most pristine, unspoiled, natural beauty you will find anywhere in the world. An ample supply of deserted islands and beautiful cruising grounds await you! The #1 tourist attraction in Belize is the Barrier Reef. This reef offers not only unlimited snorkeling locations, but great protection from the large open ocean swells. Most people find this a very comfortable place to cruise. Navigating is line of sight and you nearly always are within sight of an island.
We are going to cruiseBelize from December 3. to December 13. 2012 on a Sailing Catamaran and are looking for cost share crew. We have one cabin for two still available.
We are two couples from Canada, very friendly and like to have fun. My wife and I are both ASA licensed, the boat is a 46ft 4 cabinLeopardCatamaran. On board we speak English. No special experience is required. We do not have our own chef so food will be prepared by everyone and everyone is invited to show its gourmet cooking. Tasks on board will be shared on a voluntary bases.
We have put an informative package together with some of the "most frequently asked questions" about Belize and the cruise. We have done our best to omit the sales hype, stick to the facts and hopefully answer many questions for you!
My wife and I are very interested. We just finished our ASA 103. 104 and 114 certs on a 36' Cat in the BVI and have been on several other crewed charters in the past. We would love to visit Belize. We are also certified divers.
Please do send your information package to beforethewindjay at yahoo.com. We are boat owners in the States (but close to Canada so we understand the accent) and have chartered in the Caribbean several times.
My wife and I would like to see if you will be sailing in the Caribbean in Jan or Feb. We are experienced sailors, scuba certified, nonsmokers and interested in sailing anywhere in the caribbean.
For those on this post - there are two of us that would like to sail a CAT in Belize or elsewhere with other crew during Dec 2012. We sail and dive, non-smokers (except for the occasional cigar). Please forward any information
