A newly established sailing center in Cyprus , East Med looking for a fulltime or seasonal certified RYA instructor to teach new students the art of sailing.

How about PYA instructor ? (Instructor with Polish Yachting Ass. Ocean Going Yacht Master) ?

We are trying to get the sailing center certified as an RYA sailing center,
so it has to be a RYA YMI.

I dont beleive you can get a sailing school certified unless the Instructor is the principal of the school. ie you cant hire a RYI, get certified and then loose the RYI. Have you confirmed this with the RYA. Usually the RYI is involved in the business or is the owner.

Yes that's what we are trying to do.

The YMI will have to be part of the company and have a share based on the
number of the students he teaches besides other extras.
