Crew Available: Professional couple wanting winter Canary isles Catamaran

We are a professional couple who are in the middle of a five year "sell up and sail" plan. We have just started getting some sea time in Cats.
She: has just started sailing seriously and is taking her RYA Competent Crew qualification in July aboard a Broadblue 435 with Blue reach Catamaran School. He: Has nearly 4000 tidal miles hundreds of night hours an is an experienced passage maker/navigator. Has two RYA Day Skipper Practical Certs and nearly all of RYA Coastal Skipper Practical competencies signed off. Has RYA/DoT Yachtmaster/Coastal Skipper Shorebased theory.
We are wanting to get more an more catamaran experience as all our experience has been in monohulls. We are willing to significantly contribute towards our own stay and pay our way! Please get in touch if you are the skipper of a cat who has plenty of experience and preferably lives aboard.
Our intended boat would be ideally a Fountaine Pajot Athena or Antigua.
We are a fun loving intelligent couple who are longing to leave behind the classic mess and live at sea. We need the experience to really see whether our plan is achievable.
