Port Townsend WA to San Fransisco

I am looking for a crew member to sail from Port Townsend WA to San Fransisco around April or May of 2013 (will know exactly later). My plan is to sail out past Cape Flattery then straight shop down. Estimate 10 days.

Hi, my name is Tanja, 44, British/Australian, lived in San Fran for 4 years. I sail. I've not done across oceans, but deliveries up and down east coast of Australia. I've been living on a boat either beneteau 46.1 or 44 ft cat since July and today's my last day. Just up at Hammo. I'd love to know more about your trip. My email is tanjahill@me.com and phone 0405618642. Til then Ciao T

My name is Colin 25, ex CG boatswain mate, sailor...

I am just across the way on Camano Island. I am finishing my captains class at the moment and looking for more sea time through the next year. Would love to stay in contact as you put together a crew.

Re: Port Townsend WA to San Fransisco

I just finished that trip in a 50 ft powerboat. I am now in Newport Beach, CA - I will be in La Paz by February. You can get some nasty weather in May.

Which is why I am waiting til late May (maybe even arrive first week of June...depends on how the weather behaves), I know the weather window is pretty tight
