Crew Wanted: One additional sailing experienced, mid Nov, Baltimore MD to destination Brazil

I'm a retired tugboat captain with a 41' Morgan Out Islander, totally rebuilt. I'm planning on leaving Baltimore, MD mid November 2012 to the southern part of Brazil, most likely by way of Virgin Islands/Lesser Antilles/ Venezuela/down the coast of Brazil.

I presently have 3 crew members besides myself, am looking for a fourth with sailing experience, preferably ocean experience. This is unpaid, but I supply food and a ticket back from Brazil, so you have to have a current passport. I expect the trip to take as long as six months, but hopefully a lot less. If you decide to leave before the final destination, you pay your own way back.

Captain that's a pretty difficult sail.

I researched this preparing for a delivery. I couldn't find much with the exception of Jim of s/v Atom's report. People just don't go that way. Trying to round S America you'll encounter opposing winds and the north bound Guyana current. The mouth of the Amazon can be pretty rough as well. Staying close to shore means a lot of fishing boats, nets, etc.

Most boats headed for S. America do so via Europe, and the Cape Verde's.
