Crew Wanted: Ocean Passage Opportunity

I am seeking 3, able bodied, volunteer crew for Spring 2014 passage from British Virgin Islands to Chesapeake Bay, Virginia, on s/v "Fair Wind," a well equipped Hunter 36. Past offshore and ocean passage experience is a plus. If you are an experienced, safety conscious individual, with good seamanship skills, able to work the foredeck, and stand night watch, you should apply. I am seeking a mix of skills aboard including galley, sail plan, engine repair, radio communication, electrical and electronics (Raymarine), navigation, first aid, weather and storm tactics. Passage will likely be in late April/early June, as part of a rally.

I am USSailing Bareboat skipper certified; with 4+ years of intense sailing experience; in and around the Chesapeake Bay with some ocean experience;several week-long voyages; all the safety gear; and am a great galleymate/crew for extended cruising.
