Crew Available: Novice crew member looking to help on a California Yacht Delivery

I am a 28 year young man currently living and working in Lake Tahoe, but will be available come September/ October during the brief off season. I am looking to hop on board with a Captain as crew to assist on a Yacht delivery ideally from Northern California to Southern California.

I have little to no cruising experience, but I do have my stcw-95 certification. I grew up around the ocean and boats, live to surf, and have wanted to do a yacht delivery for years now. I have worked in a boatyard and marina in Ventura California if any relevant work references are needed. I am hard working, a fast learner, I do not drink or smoke, and I am quite when I first meet people so would most likely make for a perfect sailing companion.
