Crew Wanted: need someone for living aboard + basic maintenance works in panama for 5-6 months

Hi I am looking for someone who will be able to take care
of my sailboat (ketch 38 ft) at the anchor, with basic
maintenance work + live aboard, around puerto lindo / linton
in panama (atlantic side) for 5 or 6 months, starting next month
(mi-february 2013) and for 200$/month
Please specify your experience or motivation
PS.: i'll be glad to take you out for a sail trip to the wonderful
san blas islands for 1 or 2 months after i go back on the boat and
if everything works good !..

Actually i just figured out that my boat got
an osmosis problem on the bottom, so now this is
my main concern and i am looking for someone who
will be able to help me with this job (grinding gel coat +
fiberglass and re-coating)

The boat will be on the hard and probably in panama
- atlantic side, and i still have to be away from the boat
for at least 4-5 months.

So if you know about fiberglass work or osmosis treatment,
please let me know..

Cedric, you are a brave man to be hiring a non-professional instead of contracting with a business, to do major fiberglass work on your boat while you will not be there to inspect or supervise the job.
