Crew Wanted: Need skipper to deliver ketch (PAID) San Diego to Ventura

Hello, if it passes survey I’ll be purchasing a 31’ ketch with 45hp westerbeke. I need to deliver it from San Diego Bay to Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard. I owned a 30’ diesel sportfisher for 12 years but have been away from boats for 10 years or so. I can crew. I’m a retired firefighter. Presumably we'd motor the whole way since it's uphill.
