Crew Wanted: Mature Crew sought Samoa Bali Chagos South Africa

I'm looking for a mature crew (preferably over 40) with some blue water experience. I'm a retired Sociologist on a well found 35ft sloop, easy going, articulate experienced, with a sense of humour. Leaving American Samoa shortly. The experience I seek is not that important of itself, but an understanding of what life at sea is like is important on a trip of this kind.
