Welcome to the forum, markottwell.

It might be good to indicate whether your looking for crew or looking for a crew position. Those looking for crew often find it helpful to describe the boat and the voyage. Those looking for crew positions often find it helpful to describe their experience and the type of situations to which they aspire.

While just a bit short on details, Mark did use the prefix "Crew Available," Bash. The suggestion that he put up his sailing resume is good advice, though. Few parties looking for crew will respond to someone who just indicates he wants to go somewhere warm.
