Crew Available: Looking for short term boat rental in Kroatia

I have only been able to locate weekly rental options, and I just want to sail my sister and a couple of her friends for a short trip during her 50 years birthday in the area of Island of Korculamyin, in the periode 22-29 October.

If no bareboat rental option is available from a company or private member of this fora, it could also work with the owner on board.

A Bavaria is preferred as I am a owner of one myself in Panama.

Boat swap (Kroatia-Panama) for 1 to 7 days is also an option.
