Crew Wanted: Keen lad wanted

Young man, 18 to 22, wanted for the spring, March and April in the Bahamas. Busy boat. Lots of sailing. You will learn a lot. Very experienced skipper. 51 foot ketch.

No previous experience needed. Main thing is that you must be keen to learn and can get on with people. No heavy drinkers or smokers need apply. Absolutely no drugs.

18 - 22 are usually still in school March and April. They have one week off for spring break mid-March and studying like mad for finals until April. And most of us qualify as heavy drinkers too. I'm 23 and have heaps of offshore experience, but out of your age range. I don't know a single peer (sailor or non-sailor) who could commit to 2 months of cruising unpaid, so what compensation are you offering?
