Crew Wanted: Jamaica to Cayman Islands, late May

Hi. I am looking for one crew to assist in sailing from Jamaica to Caymans, possibly on to Cartagena. Cruising and exploring. Some experience and knowledge of Spanish preferred. Drug free and a non-smoker a must. Passage in return for crewing, I pay boat expenses. References available and required. If interested, reply here or to sailboat dot gillean at gmail dot com.
