Introduce me to sailing

I am a 48 year old male, I have my RYA day skipper theory and would like to have a go at sailing. I have got motor boat handling skills and good boaat knowledge from cruising on friends 33ft Dutch steel motor cruiser. I am willing to contribute to any fuel used and my share of any additional costs that you may incrue by my being aboard.
Apart from the weekend of 4th/5th I am free most days.
I am based in Southsea Portsmouth, so Ideally it would need to be local as I have not yet found the right car following an accident.
I am a like-able extremely honest Englishman.

Yours truthfully
David

Good luck. I am no where nearby or I would be happy to.
You might want to post this in the crew section as well.
