Early retired 36 y.o. male seeking crew position from Europe to Canary Islands or any port in Caribbean or Americas. Just completed 40 days on the Camino de Santiago and seeking to eventually make it home to the U.S. (Alaska). American Sailing Association 101 and 103 certified. Crew experience in northern waters (Alaska) and West Coast U.S. EMT, 1st AID and CPR certified. Spent the last decade leading backcountry expeditions (summer and winter) in Arctic Alaska. Excellent team member with extensive experience in all aspects (logistical and social) of self-sufficient, small group travel in isolated environments. Hard worker willing to help with all live-aboard chores. Mechanical and carpentry skills. U.S. passport, fluent Spanish and English, some Portugese. Financially independent, can share expenses and post bond. Seeking open ocean experience before purchasing boat of my own. Ready to go immediately from Spain or Portugal or thereabouts.
