Crew Wanted: ICW, Bahamas, Keys 2014-15

Sailboat departing Annapolis this fall. Plan to sail the ICW, but happy to go outside depending on weather and crew. Currently single-handing but welcome crew to share the experience and costs. I'm happy to take crew for short or long legs, we'll work out details of arrival/departure. Sail experience is unnecessary but easy-to-get-along personality is a must. When do you plan on leaving and what would be needed as far as expenses for your crew?

Kelly IV, my Endeavour 32 sloop, departs end of October from Annapolis, MD. I'm happy to meet & drop crew along the trip so you don't have to do the whole trip. I would think a minimum of 1 week would be worthwhile.

Regarding costs, I suggest we split the costs. In other words, we each pay for our own food & drink, we split costs for fuel and docking. I would be responsible for boat costs like maintenance.
