Heading near Puerto Rico?

I need to travel from Texas to Puerto Rico where my daughter is living as soon as I can make arrangements to do so. I hate to sound desperate, but the situation she is in on the island is desperate. I need to be able to help, and am relying on our Creator to help touch someone's heart to help me get to my daughter.

I have very little funds. I am intelligent, a quick-learner, and hard working. I do not know much about sail boats, but did live on one in Honeymoon Bay just off Water Island in the USVI.

Please, if you know of anyone willing to help me to get Puerto Rico, I would appreciate any help or direction you can provide.

God be with all of you in these troubled times.

Frances:
Have you considered quantum teleportation, or Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen entanglement-assisted teleportation?

I suggest anyone contemplating taking Frances on as crew, should read her "Who am I?" web-page.

If you only knew...God be with all of those who don't believe. This technology does exist. Read my link section on some of the technical aspects, and the products available to the average joe who wants to play a great joke for revenge.

Frances I am anchored in San Juan bay for a few more days, PM if you think I can do anything to help her out, I will be happy to, I just ran out of buddy tickets from my former airline job so that's a shame as they fly from Houston to SJU

Dear Frances
Perhaps you've had some medication prescribed for schizophrenia, even though you don't think you suffer from it. If you've been prescribed medicine, and haven't taken it in a while, maybe it would be a good idea for you to take it before looking for a way to help your daughter. It could help a lot.

I think these two you mention are most likely the 2 scientists that were reported missing from the Navy's project on the island, Universal Radio Atmospheric Neutron Unified Terrestrial Transmitter Ether Research program.
I suggest you contact Mr. David Pearlman or Capt. Stowe Reid as soon as possible and ask for their assistance. They have both been involved in similar circumstances and will most likely know how to deal with this.

Of course, otherwise the "groups" that do this will track us. I have an adversion to black helicopters over my property.
