Hard Working Couple Ready for Anything

We have one month of experience sailing on a Cal 20 through mid/lower Puget Sound this past January. (No heater! Yes, it was cold. But if we can enjoy that, we can enjoy anything!) We are very interested in learning as much as possible. I think Puerto Rico sounds ideal (we live in Florida) but meeting the right skipper ANYWHERE within reason sounds good, and going anywhere from there, in turn, sounds great as well. We're open to anything! Roody is great at navigating, and we're always willing to try our hardest at anything. Please help us learn! Any tips are also appreciated.
