hey,
Im 18 and looking for adventure and a chance to see the world. Ive got no sailing experience, but Im a hard worker and pick up skills easily. Any lack of knowledge will be made up for in work ethic. Does anyone have an opportunity for me or know someone who could help?

Hi achilles and welcome to the Cruiser's forum. You might flesh out some more details like where you are and where you are willing to go to hook up with a boat.

If you are near water already there may be opportunity at local sailing clubs. Particularly if they have race days. Racing skippers are often looking for crew.

Google for yacht clubs and sailng clubs in your area. Also if you can swing the money it might help to take a dinghy sailng course or a keelboat course to give you the basics.

Hi, I am singlehanding a Morgan 45 to South America and could always use an extra hand. I make four to eight hour passages between islands and then try to catch the local scene. Am in the Exumas right now heading towards Turks and Caicos. No crew pay, but I do provide all meals aboard and pay all ship's expenses. Write back if interested.
