Crew Available: From Yucatan to Dominica (Sail)

Hi
we are a Swiss couple (44/48) staying in Playa del Carmen at the moment. We are planning to leave Yucatan at the end of August or middle of September. Our final destination is Dominica. Now we are looking for a ride to go there by a sailing boat.
We both have a current Swiss Passport, reliable and easy to get along with. He is car-mechanic, economist (master degree) and dive instructor. She is economist and a excellent cook. We both have no sailing experience so far exept with hobby cats close to shore, but he has 20 years powerboat experience and licence.

Looking to crew on a sailing vessel if possible from the Playa del Carmen area or other place to Dominica or one of the neighbour islands. Ready to stand watches, help with maintenance and cooking, and of course participating on the costs (food, beverage, fuel etc.).
