Crew Available: Experienced Crew Looking For More Opportunities

Hi! I am a 38 year old straight, non-smoking male with over 10,000 Atlantic and Caribbean miles under my belt.

I live in Baltimore but am willing to travel to a boat. I'm a pretty decent cook and am capable when it comes to plumbing, electrical and carpentry but by no means can I fix everything!

Looking to get some more sailing in. Let me know if you need crew for a week, a month, a year or longer.

Note - I have a family wedding the end of July so need to be in Connecticut during that time frame and also have a commitment to do a kitchen partial remodel the second week of August so those are times right now that I know I would not be available.

Thanks for contacting me! Unfortunately the timing might not work out. As I posted I have a family wedding in Connecticut at the end of the month and then have a work commitment approximately August 8-14. After that time I would be available and happy to join you. I do hope you can get over to Bermuda (and back?) without weather delays but if you find that the dates get pushed back to mid-August let me know.

Sign up with the Cruising Rally Association that now coordinates the Carib 1500, the Atlantic Cup, the ARC, NARC, and World ARC. They have an on-line form to sign up as crew.

Get on findacrew.net and hitch your way across the Pacific from Panama - that's what I did. Best time to leave Panama west is around March/April (from memory).

I am now signed up to crew for the Caribbean 1500 - thanks for sending me over to them. I sailed in the Caribbean with two boats that had just done the Caribbean 1500 and were continuing on to the South Pacific - great start to a grand voyage!
