Wow, that sounds great. We are Norwegian Americans with Kids who speak Norwegian and attended Univ of Oslo. Both kids 22 and 24 have captains lic and so do I.

WE just sold our boat Freya and already miss the adventures we had on her. Check out freya52.com for tons of pics etc.

I've put my deposit on it today! Due to be pulled out over the next few days for the survey, can't wait I'm like a kid at Christmas,
how firm are the dates for Denmark departure I intend to book a flight and hotel soon.

Hi Keith , Dates are firm. Rally finishes on the 18 August and so we plan to leave on 20/21 August. Have crew lined up for same departure.
So all is going to plan. You would be able to come on board to get things in order anytime after the 18 August.

I have been reading your posts with interest. My partner and I are going to be in Europe between July - Oct 2014. We are looking to crew on a yacht in the Med for part of this period. I'm 64, fit, healthy, happy, experienced kiwi yachtsman (own my own Lidgard keeler) & looking for new adventures either for this season or in 2015?
If you have a couple of berths available I would love to hear from you.
