Daysailing Hudson River - Longer Cruise Next July . . .

As the season winds sadly to a close, I look to get my boat out on the Hudson River near Kingston as many days as I can. That includes almost every weekend and sometimes a week day, when I can squeeze it in. I'm always looking for someone interested in sailing to come along and lend a hand. I have a number of regulars who join me, but they're not always available. Sometimes I'll do a 1 to 2 night overnight down to Haverstraw or someplace similar.

In July, I'll be headed out from Haverstraw on a longer cruise, probably to Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket and environs, with an eye towards going outside the Cape to Provincetown, etc. That would be a 2 to 3 week trip. (This season, a friend and I made it from Kingston up to Cape Anne and back in 19 days... it was a GREAT trip, with plenty of good wind.)

I'm looking for capable, reasonable folks who might like to join me and my dog. (Yup, you have to be okay with dogs.) I will pay all boat expenses, of course. You'd only be responsible for your food and drink.

Hi amidship and Joeb1. Sorry that I'm so late in seeing your replies. I have sent you both private messages.

Thank you for your interest,
