pirate Cruising New England

I am a 59 year-old who plans to cruise New England starting about the 1st of July. The doctors at the VA say I should not cruise alone anymore because of feet and leg problems. The boat is an old 25 foot Rhodes Meridian Seafarer. The accommodations are some what spartan but she is a great little cruiser and sea boat.

I seem to be fine sailing the problem is my ankle giving out once in a while. I have money for the boat, supplies, etc., but you will need your own spending money. I do not pull into a marina every night only about once a week to do laundry, etc.

The boat will leave from Old Saybrook, CT and head north to where ever. Anyone interested can contact me at rayallyn@gmail.com
Also if there are any sailing granny's out there who are looking to hook-up with some to cruise with I might be interested, however, I am somewhat of an independent old crab.

OK everyone,

I have gotten several emails about the New England cruise. Kit was the first to reply and wants to go even though I explained about tight quarters. However, I maybe headed south down the coast and through the intracoastal mid-September and if anyone is interested shoot me an email.

I want to sail down to NC in August around the 20th. I just bought a sailboat so I need to sail with some people experienced down the coast to the ICW.
