I am currently living in the UK,(have UK passport) returning to Croatia (Dubrovnik) next month permanently. I am hoping to skiper this summer. I would like to skipper on short coastal cruises. I am a merchant navy veteran.(16 years experience foreign going vesels). have Croatian yacht master ocean certificate,radar observer certificate.
