Looking for crew positions for long passages or cruises
-I am 49 yrs old and in excellent physical condition
-certified yeoman by the Canadian Navy
-certified 6A level meteorologist tech by Canadian AirForce
-have navigated and forecasted throughout the North Atlantic as far East as the Black sea
-Have my own nav equip. (sextant included)
-25 yrs experience in many types of vessels
-previous owner of an Alberg 30, currently a co-owner of a Cheoy Lee os 40 (but needs to be sold due to personal reasons)
-now retired I have my own income, and am looking to crew sailing vessels
-passport and conduct sheet available
-all certification available on request

Graduated+unemployed+summer looks dim+boating experience = 1st Mate.

Soon-to-be retired senior executive taking 61 Hatteras motor yacht around the Eastern loop -- Hudson River to St. Laurence River to Newfoundland to Nova Scotia to Maine and back to the Chesapeake. Expect to be gone from mid-June through mid September. Wife, children, and maybe some friends will join trip at various points along the way -- Montreal, Quebec City, Bras d'Or Lakes, wherever. Am seeking bright, capable, experienced individual to serve as first mate for entire cruise

This is an unpaid position with all food, drink (within reason :-)) and boat costs paid by this 100ton Masters Certificate skipper with 40 years experience.
