crew wanted from north Florida to Massachusetts

I'm in a little 25 ft coranado sailboat. Looking to leave around April. Just looking for someone to split expenses such as gas and oil. I'm not going to sugar coat anything. I am roughing it and just trying to get as much experience as I can. It would be nice to have some extra hands. I'm usually solo. I'm in fernandia beach Florida right now. If interested just shoot me a message and we can go over details

Why don't you wait till the spring? Why would you want to go to Mass now? It's wintah, my friend! With that boat, I hope you plan to use the ditch.

Re: crew wanted from north Florida to Massachusetts

It is going to be tough to find someone who has the experience and willing to pay for the gas or diesel to delivery the OP's boat from FL to MA. The OP is roughing it on a tiny boat? Who knows what is the condition of the boat.

A reasonable approach is to sell the boat and buy another one in MA, or put her on the truck.

Re: crew wanted from north Florida to Massachusetts

Its my boat and its in good condition. I have experience. I love traveling on a sailboat but to most people its roughing it. I use minamal energy and just an icebox. No shower but the marinas. I am just a poor sailor looking for someone to split gas if they want to cruise up there. I'm always solo. I just posted to see what responses I would get.
Why would I sell it or put it on a truck?

I might be interested in making the trip with you, but the boat expenses would be yours. I'd pay for my food and drink and transportation, but dockage and anything beyond strictly personal expenses would have to be borne by the owner.

PM me if you'd like to discuss this further.
