Crew Available: Crew Available Mediterranean

I would appreciate any advice for my partner and I to sail the Mediterranean, including Venice to Montenegro for 2 or 3 weeks September October 2016. We currently sail a Seawind 1000 East Coast of Australia and don't plan to sail her beyond these latitudes .
We are pretty fit, in our sixties, and handle our cat comfortably together and walk up to 10 Km with some energy to spare. Any offers or advice from your experience with crewing, Owner's Time, or even joining an organised sail boat trip in the med would help us plan this part of our holiday.
